The Brew House

Ale was originated by boiling a concoction of herbs and spices in the wort before fermentation. It is also renowned for being a full-bodied beer with fruity flavours.

We have three different types of ale to serve you. They are:

  • India Pale Ale

  • Pale Ale

  • Red Ale

India Pale Ale

Developed in England, India Pale Ale got its name as the Britishers consumed it to withstand the long journey to India during colonization. This beer has a copper/golden colour and medium aroma hops.
